Community Guidelines for the Protection of Children

Churchpool is strongly committed to the protection of minors. Content or activities that endanger, exploit or in any way abuse underage users are strictly prohibited. If we suspect abusive behavior, we will inform the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law and exclude the user from our app.

Prohibited content and behavior:

1. Abuse and exploitation of minors
It is prohibited to share content or activities that in any way depict, promote or condone the abuse or exploitation of minors. This includes both real and fictional depictions with a human-like appearance.

2. Inappropriate content related to minors
Any distribution or depiction of inappropriate content related to minors or the incitement to such behavior is prohibited. This includes in particular:

• Material related to the abuse or exploitation of minors
• Depictions of nudity
• Images or depictions that show or glorify minors in inappropriate contexts (e.g. physical or psychological abuse)
• Sexualized content or conversations about minors 

3. Inappropriate behavior towards minors
It is not permitted to put minors in inappropriate situations through conversations or content, for example:

• Planning or initiating real meetings with inappropriate intentions
• Showing, offering or requesting inappropriate content
• Participating in inappropriate conversations (e.g. with sexualized content) with minors in private or public messages

Consequences of violation

We reserve the right to immediately remove such content and to irrevocably block the responsible users. In serious cases or if criminal activity is suspected, the relevant authorities will be called in to prosecute the case.
